The deposit policy surprised me, as I still haven't seen my refund returned after over three days. There were moments of confusion with the cleaning staff moving my belongings around, which was frustrating. Additionally, the hotel’s spa services felt overpriced, and I had to follow up multiple times for basic items that should've been stocked in the room. Overall, while my stay had its perks, I hope to see better organization and service in the future.
